Cancún könnte ‚Kopenhagen 2.0‘ werden
Die Ernüchterung im Winter letzten Jahres war groß, als der mit hohen Erwartungen verknüpfte Klimagipfel in Kopenhagen lediglich ein dreiseitiges, unverbindliches Dokument mit dem Namen ‚Copenhagen Accord‘ hervorbrachte.
Doch Kopenhagen ist Vergangenheit und seit vergangenem Montag wird die globale Bekämpfung des Klimawandels im mexikanischen Cancún auf einer Konferenz verhandelt, die durch das Scheitern ihres Vorgängers sicher nicht unkomplizierter geworden ist. (mehr …)
